This interdisciplinary studies program caters to students whose academic goals aren't fully met by existing UW-Superior programs. Students collaborate with an advisor and faculty to create a personalized major, ensuring a relevant and focused educational experience.

The process begins with IDS 300 Educational Planning, a one-credit online course guiding students in designing their major. Final approval requires review by the student's advisor, department chairs from the chosen academic areas, the Director for Distance Learning, and the Credits and Reinstatement Committee.
